【摘要】 目的探讨川归胶囊联合舒筋通络颗粒治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取96例神经根型颈椎患者为研究对象,随机均分为试验组与对照组,对照组患者给予舒筋通络颗粒治疗,试验组患者给予川归胶囊联合舒筋通络颗粒治疗,比较2组神经根型颈椎病患者的临床疗效。结果治疗4周后,2组患者的疼痛程度及血浆肿瘤坏死因子含量均比治疗前明显降低,而试验组患者的疼痛程度及血浆肿瘤坏死因子含量降低更明显。治疗4周后试验组患者的临床疗效明显高于对照组患者。结论川归胶囊联合舒筋通络颗粒治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Chuangui Capsules combined with Shujintongluo Granules on the patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.Methods 96 cases patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were collected as the research objects.All the patients were divided into experimental group and control group randomly.The control group patients were given Shujintongluo Granules as treatment,while the experimental group patients were given Chuangui Capsules combined with Shujintongluo Granules.And the clinical efficacy of the 2groups was compared.Results Although the degree of pain and the level of tumor necrosis factor in the plasma of the 2groups patients was significantly improved after treatment,the patients of experimental group was improved more obviously.The clinical curative effect of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group after 4weeks′treatment.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Chuangui Capsules combined with Shujintongluo Granules on the patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type was distinct.更多还原
