【Abstract】 Resident standardization training is critical important for the cultivation of clinical high-level physicians,as well as for the improvement of medical quality and service.Standardized Training of resident in China has started late,so from the full expansion to the final perfect there will be still a long way to go.American medical education and residency training is a more successful model of education.The purpose of this paper is based on comparison of the two residency training models between the two countries to face the existed problems in residency standardized training of nuclear medicine and to find some feasible solutions,which could give the direction for nuclear medicine resident training.更多还原
