【Abstract】 Excellent physician education program was proposed by Chinese Ministry of Education for innovative medical talents’ education.This program was also promoting the implementation of the clinical talents’ training mode reform.From the connotation of excellent physicians,this paper discussed the theory framework of excellent physician education in Shantou University Medical College(SUMC).We also discussed the innovation in reform measures such as the training mode of in medical education and the achievements in training of high-quality,application-oriented medical personnel.更多还原
