【摘要】 目的了解衡阳市大学生艾滋病知识、态度现状及其影响因素,并与该市2006年同类研究结果做比较,为及时调整干预策略、更好地实现艾滋病校园传播有效控制提供依据。方法采用分层、整群抽样的方法,以自制调查问卷对554名大学生的艾滋病知识、态度进行评价。以直线相关分析探索知识与态度的关联,以Logistic回归分析知晓率的影响因素。结果衡阳市大学生艾滋病相关知识的知晓率为56.86%(完全知晓为21.66%),低于2006年知晓水平81.4%,知识知晓程度与歧视态度呈正相关(r=0.85,P=0.000)。大学生不同专业(χ2=42.430,P=0.000)、户籍所在地(χ2=32.376,P=0.000)、消费水平(χ2=26.468,P=0.000)、父母婚姻状况(χ2=32.573,P=0.000)、是否出入迪厅(χ2=21.564,P=0.000)、网吧(χ2=50.462,P=0.000)是知晓率的影响因素。结论该市大学生对艾滋病的知晓率较低,且对艾滋病病人存在歧视态度。应重视大学生人群的不断更替,结合不同年代大学生的具体问题,及时制订、修订健康干预计划以有效控制艾滋病的校园传播。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of AIDS-related knowledge,attitude and critical influences so as to provide evidence for improvement of health intervention and to achieve the goal of AIDS control among college students.Methods The method of stratified sampling was used combined with cluster sampling.554 undergraduates were investigated by a self-administered questionnaire.Linear correlation and multivariate logistic regression were conducted to explore the association of knowledge and attitude,and critical influences of the awareness respectively.Results The awareness of AIDS knowledge was 56.86%,less than 81.4%in 2006.There was a positive correlation between knowledge awareness and discrimination attitude(r=0.85,P=0.000).The critical influences of awareness included different majors(χ~2=42.430,P=0.000),original residence area(χ~2=32.376,P=0.000),consumption level(χ~2=26.468,P=0.000),parental marital status(χ~2=32.573,P=0.000),visiting night clubs(χ~2=21.564,P=0.000)and internet bars(χ~2=50.462,P=0.000).Conclusion The poor awareness of AIDS knowledge and discrimination attitude among undergraduates should be concerned.For the purpose of AIDS control among college students,we should keep up improving strategies of health intervention esp.among the newly admitted students.更多还原
