NaLaMgWO6∶xTm3+,yDy3+,zEu3+白光荧光粉的发光性能研究

【摘要】 采用固相法制备了NaLaMgWO6∶xTm3+,yDy3+,zEu3+荧光粉,通过X射线衍射(XRD),场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)及荧光分光光度计(PL)对样品进行测试表征.结果表明,在1 000℃左右可以制备出纯度较高的NaLaMgWO6∶xTm3+,yDy3+,zEu3+荧光粉.在近紫外光(360nm)激发下,主要发射峰位于480nm的蓝光区域,575nm的黄光区域,以及615nm的红光区域.由于Tm3+和Dy3+发生能量传递,发光强度及色坐标随着掺杂浓度而改变.最佳样品的色坐标可达到(0.330 4,0.322 4),接近理想白光点(x=0.33,y=0.33).

【Abstract】 The NaLaMgWO6∶xTm3+,yDy3+,zEu3+phosphors were synthesized by the solid-state method.The phosphors were characterized by the X-ray diffraction(XRD),file emission scanning electron microscope(SEM),fluorescence spectrophotometer(PL).The results show that the NaLaMgWO6∶xTm3+,yDy3+,zEu3+phosphors with high purity can be synthesized at 1 000℃.Under the near-ultraviolet excitation(360nm),the phosphors exhibited multiple emission spectrum centered at 480 nm blue area,575 nm green area and 615 nm red area.Because of the Energy transformation between Tm3+→Dy3+,the luminescence intensity and color coordinates change with the altering of the doping densities.The color coordinate of the phosphors can be achieved at(0.330 4,0.322 4),which is close to the standard white light.
