【Abstract】 The innovation capacity training of graduates is a key content in the reform of current graduates’ education.Through the survey conducted in Minzu University A,the article analyzes the impact factors of graduates’ innovation capacity training from aspects of innovation awareness,teaching contents and methods,instructors and training environment.The article constructs the graduates’ innovation capacity training mechanism in Minzu University A from perspectives of three subjects of graduates,instructors and the university;and analyzes the duties of all these subjects in the very training mechanism.更多还原
