【摘要】 城市居家养老服务应该更讲求居民实实在在的获得,即可获得性。综合运用因子分析法和层次分析法构建了城市居家养老服务可获得性的评价体系,首先利用因子分析法对各因素进行了分类,并确定了二级指标的权重,然后通过层次分析法主观权重和因子分析法客观权重相结合给出了三级指标的综合权重,最终得出了后面的评价模型。最后通过以西安市为例对这一评价体系进行了验证。需要从完善居家养老服务提供体系、加强信息平台建设等方面来提高城市居家养老服务的可获得性。更多还原

【Abstract】 City home endowment service should lay emphasis on the availability. This paper uses the factor analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation system of the availability of city home endowment service. Firstly,the factors are classified by factor analysis method,and the weight of the secondary index is determined. Then,subjective weight is analyzed by analytic hierarchy process and the objective weight of factor analysis,the comprehensive weight of the three indexes is given,and the evaluation model is obtained. Finally,this evaluation system is validated by taking Xi’an as an example. It is necessary to improve the availability of the city home endowment service from the aspects of improving the system of home endowment service and strengthening the construction of information platform.更多还原
