基于模型聚类匹配和形态特征识别的保护压板状态辨识技术
Relaying Plate Condition Recognition Technology Based on Model-based Cluster Matching and Morphological Characteristics Recognition
【摘要】 继电保护压板的管理与运行维护是实现电力系统安全稳定运行的必要保障,保护压板的状态监测是二次运维的重要组成部分。目前尚缺乏智能化的非接触式方案监测保护压板的状态信息,且现有方案无法实现运维工作智能化与网络化的需求。提出了一种基于模型聚类匹配和形态特征辨别的压板状态辨识技术,该技术使用移动式巡检设备对保护硬压板的投退状态进行图像采集与状态辨识。辨识方法基于颜色模型匹配与形态特征的提取,辨识结果作为保护管理系统的输入信息。该技术已经集成于同期开发的智能化二次运维系统,系统及附属高级应用模块已经在天津地区某变电站中开展测试工作,测试结果表明该技术具有良好的准确性与可靠性。
【Abstract】 The management and running attention of relaying plate is essential for the safe and stable operation of power system.The condition recognition of the relaying plate is a key component of secondary system in the running attention.There is no a intelligent non-contact monitoring scheme for the relaying plate,but existing solution schemes are not fit for intelligent and networked running attention.This paper proposes a relaying plate condition recognition technology based on model —based cluster matching and morphological characteristics recognition,which adopts mobile terminal to conduct the image capturing and the condition recognition of the relaying plate.The recognition is based on color model matching and morphological feature extraction,taking the results obtained from the recognition as the input information of relaying management system.The technique has been integrated in the intelligent system,which has been tested in a substation in Tianjin including the system dependent advanced application modules.The test results show that the technique is of high accuracy and reliability.
