【摘要】 通过连续比较个人棒操难度动作的差异,探讨艺术体操的发展趋势并提出建议。采用文献资料、视频数据和对比分析法,研究近3届艺术体操世锦赛个人棒操项目成套动作中难度动作的选用和编排情况,详细剖析蝉联冠军Yana的技术指标。研究认为:身体难度在成套动作中仍然占据着重要的基础地位,而舞步系列则具有越来越重要的地位;不断创新是分析后所得到的主要认知;艺术体操有从"难""美""新"的核心价值向"新""美""难"转变的迹象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through analysis of the discrepancy between difficulty degrees of excellent individual Chinese and foreign artistic gymnasts,proposal of the development tendency of rhythmic gymnastics is put forward. By means of literature consultation,video statistics and comparative analysis,the selection in four parts action and arrangements of the action difficulty in complete sets events in world championships of rhythmic gymnastics from 2013 to 2015 were thoroughly explored,with athlete Yana’s skills being analyzed in detail. The results show that new rules still attach great importance to the foundation of physical difficulty and the dance steps play a key role in the complete set of movements. Meanwhile,the ‘innovation ’ and‘change’are the key words that got from the continuous analysis of the three championships. The development trend of artistic gymnastics has obviously changed from being ‘difficult,beautiful and new’to being ‘new,beautiful and difficult’.更多还原
