【摘要】 本文主要介绍了李时珍运用治疗中风的经典方剂小续命汤来治疗一人彻夜饮酒后,泄泻不止的医案一则。该案为现存为数不多的李时珍这一医学大家自己治疗疾病的医案之一,理、法、方记载详细,是重要的文献资料。本文从小续命汤方的组成分析及该案病人的病因病机推测来探索李时珍的用药思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is to introduce a medical record that Li Shi-zhen,a TCM master,used Xiaoxuming Decoction as a classic formula for apoplexy to treat a patient with endless diarrhea after drinking all night long. This case is one of the few remaining cases of LI Shi-zhen. In this case,he recorded the therapeutic priniple,method and formula in detail. Therefore,it is an important document literature. In this paper,we explored LI Shi-zhen’ s thinking on choosing herbs through the discussion on the ingredients of Xiaoxuming Decoction and the analysis on the etiology and pathogenesis of this case.更多还原
