【Abstract】 Ideological and political nature is the basic attribution of Ideological and Political Courses.And the correctness of the Ideology is the inevitable requirement of the ideological and Political Courses.The theoretical quality of the ideological and political teachers becomes the key factor affecting the correctness of the Ideological and Political Courses.At Present improving and paying attention to the theoretical quality of teachers has become an important content and an inevitable requirement to strengthen the construction of Ideological and political Courses in colleges and universities.Strengthening the subject discipline construction of Marxism,improving the teachers’continuing education and training system,developing the evaluation standard of Ideological and Political Course are main paths to improve the ideological and political teachers’theoretical accomplishment.更多还原
