【Abstract】 With the development of high throughput sequencing technology and bioinformatics,especially the application of metagenome in human intestinal microbial identification,microbionomics emerges as the times require. This paper summarizes the diversity of microbionome and its applications in human health,crop growth and development of animal husbandry,environmental management,and production of industrial biotech-products and other aspects.
