遵义市2016年登革热蚊媒监测分析及流行风险评估

【摘要】 目的了解2016年遵义市登革热蚊媒监测情况和疫情动态,为进一步加强登革热防控工作提供科学依据。方法对遵义市2016年蚊媒监测数据及网络直报系统登革热疫情数据及时进行统计和描述性分析。结果 2016年蚊媒监测显示布雷图指数在0~37.70之间,10月废旧物品处最高为37.70。成蚊密度分别为人诱停法0.39只/h(其中白纹伊蚊构成比为9.60%)、诱蚊灯法1.97只/夜(其中白纹伊蚊构成比为33.67%),监测点成蚊密度为人诱停法0.17只/h(其中白纹伊蚊构成比为9.86%)。2016年1-10月累计报告5例登革热病例,均为输入性病例,感染自东南亚国家,无本地感染病例和二代病例。结论遵义市存在登革热暴发流行的风险因素,根据布雷图指数和伊蚊成蚊密度来评估登革热流行风险还需要纳入其他相关指标进一步实践研究。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the epidemic trend of imported dengue fever and vector surveillance in Zunyi in 2016,and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of dengue. Methods The data of dengue incidence in Zunyi were collected from national disease reporting information system,and data of the vector surveillance were collected in the same period of time. Descriptive analysis was conducted. Results The breteau indexes( BI) ranged from 0 to 37. 70,37. 70 in October.Adult mosquito respectively 0. 39 insects/h( Aedes albopictus accounted for 9. 60%),1. 97 insects/night( Aedes albopictus accounted for 33. 67%),0. 17 insects/h( Aedes albopictus accounted for 9. 86%). Reported dengue cases in 2016 were imported infected in Southeast Asian. There were no cases of local infection and the second generation.Conclusion The risk of dengue fever in Zunyi exists.It is necessary to assess the risk of dengue fever and incorporate other relevant according to the Breteau index and Aedes mosquito density.
