热烟雾喷洒技术现场控制白纹伊蚊的效果研究
Evaluation of thermal fog spraying for the control of Aedes albopictus in field
【摘要】 目的观察热烟雾喷洒技术现场控制白纹伊蚊密度的效果,为蚊媒传染病的媒介应急控制提供技术储备。方法采用10%右旋苯醚菊酯水乳剂和10.4%氯菊酯·S-生物烯丙菊酯水乳剂进行热烟雾喷洒,人诱停落法监测蚊虫密度,观察施药前后试验区和对照区的白纹伊蚊密度变化。结果人诱停落指数结果显示,10%右旋苯醚菊酯水乳剂和10.4%氯菊酯·S-生物烯丙菊酯水乳剂的0.5 h蚊虫平均相对密度下降率分别达到97.4%和91.6%,24 h平均相对密度下降率分别为47.5%和40.1%。结论热烟雾喷洒可快速地降低外环境白纹伊蚊密度,为媒介伊蚊的应急控制提供技术储备。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of thermal fog spraying for the control of Aedes albopictus in field,and make the technical reserve for the control of mosquito in mosquito-borne diseases.Methods Thermal fog spraying was employed in the field test.The mosquito sampling methods of human landing catch was used to investigate the mosquito density.Results The average mosquito density decline rates were 97. 4% and 91. 6% respectively in the areas treated with 10% d-phenothrin and 10. 4% permethrin·S-bioallethrin water emulsion half an hour after the application,and 47. 5% and 40. 1% 24 hours later. Conclusion The study showed that Aedes albopictus could be controlled by thermal fog spraying of d-phenothrin and permethrin·S-bioallethrin,which could be technical reserve for the control of mosquito in mosquito-borne diseases.
