广东省2015年白纹伊蚊种群密度调查分析

【摘要】 目的掌握广东省白纹伊蚊季节消长情况,为媒介伊蚊防控工作提供科学依据。方法白纹伊蚊幼蚊密度监测采用布雷图法,成蚊密度监测采用诱蚊诱卵器法。结果广东省2015年总体BI值为7.3,总体MOI值为7.4。4月份伊蚊密度开始上升,总体BI值6.5,总体MOI值2.5;8-9月份密度最高,最高总体BI值8.4,最高总体MOI值15.2;11月份密度回落,总体BI值6.2,总体MOI值4.7。结论白纹伊蚊成蚊和幼蚊密度监测同时开展,能较客观得到当地白纹伊蚊密度的情况。布雷图法和诱蚊诱卵器法是目前应用和效果较好的白纹伊蚊密度监测方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand seasonal pattern of Aedes albopictus density in Guangdong,and provide scientific evidence for medical vector control. Methods Monitoring Aedes albopictus larvae density by Breteau index,and adult mosquito density by mosquito and oviposition trap. Results Overall BI value was 7. 3 in 2015 of Guangdong,and the overall MOI value was 7. 4. Aedes albopictus density in April began to rise,the overall BI value was 6. 5,the overall MOI value was 2. 5. The highest overall BI value was 8. 4; the highest overall MOI value was 15. 2in August and September. In November,the overall BI value drop to 6. 2,the overall MOI value drop to 4. 7.Conclusion Aedes albopictus adult mosquitoes and larvae density monitoring carried at the same time can objectively evaluate the density of Aedes albopictus. Breteau index and oviposition trap are effective methods for monitoring Aedes albopictus.
