大型车载式超低容量喷雾机在登革热媒介控制中的应用

【摘要】 目的探索大型车载超低容量喷雾机在登革热疫情防控中的应用。方法应用大型车载超低容量喷雾机对空旷地域不同距离挂笼中白纹伊蚊进行定点喷雾,研究其有效灭蚊距离;模拟大型绿化带喷雾实验,探索大型车载超低容量喷雾机药物渗透能力;现场绿地灭蚊喷雾实验,验证大型车载超低容量喷雾机在登革热疫情应急处置中的灭蚊效果。结果大型车载超低容量喷雾机有效灭蚊距离可以达到50 m;绿植有效渗透距离为20 m;现场灭蚊率为100%。结论大型车载超低容量喷雾机具有快速、有效杀灭空旷地域或绿植中伊蚊的能力,在登革热疫情防控中具有重要的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application of large vehicle ultra low volume( ULV) sprayer in the control of dengue fever. Methods Studying the effective control distance by the fixed-point spraying to Aedes albopictus in the sentinel cages of different distance,exploring permeability by the simulation of large green belt spraying experiment,and evaluating the mosquito killing effect by field green anti-mosquito spray experiment. Results When the large vehicle ULV sprayer was applied,the effective mosquito control distance could reach 50 meters,the plants effective penetration distance was 20 meters,and field mosquito killing rate was 100%. Conclusion The large vehicle borne ultra low volume sprayer can kill Aedes albopictus quickly and effectively in the open region and in the green belt.
