【摘要】 文章在对贵州省武术协会的现状调查基础上,结合目前全国性单项运动协会管理体制和运作模式改革的具体实践,探讨贵州省武术协会组织管理改革的相关问题以及武术协会自身能力建设的提升策略。认为转变政府部门角色,形成和谐管理和有效监督的运行模式是改革的重点;大力弘扬地方武术拳种,积极开展武术公共服务,创建多种经费筹集渠道是武术协会自身能力提升的重要策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the survey of current situation of Wushu associations of Guizhou province, and the management reform of China’s national sport associations, this paper aims to discuss the topic of management reform and development of service capability of Guizhou Wushu associations. It finds out that management reform should focus on role change of government departments, developing harmonious management and effective supervision; development strategy of Guizhou Wushu associations includes the exploitation of local Wushu contents, organization of Wushu public service and seeking for multiple ways of fund collection.更多还原
