【摘要】 以狂犬病防治为例,介绍了精细化管理工作网络和管理考核体系。实施后,使狂犬病发病数自2012年-2015年逐年递减,狂犬门诊规范化处理病例数2015年较2014年增加5 175例,狂犬病防控知识回答正确率由50.3%提高至56.8%。结合精细化管理"精、准、细、严"的原则对经验和不足进行分析,提出加强精细化理念教育,加大政府投入力度,完善机构信息化建设,加强部门合作等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking rabies control as an example,meticulous management network and management evaluation system was introduced. After the implementation,the number of rabies cases decreased from 2012 to 2015 year by year,and the rabies outpatient standardized treatment cases in 2015 increased by 5175 cases compared with in 2014. Furthermore,the correct answer rate on rabies prevention and control knowledge increased from 50. 3% to 56. 8%. Combined with the " refined,accurate,fine,strict" principle of the meticulous management,the experience and limitations were analyzed,and suggestions were proposed to strengthen the meticulous management concept education,increase government investment,improve the organization of information technology,and strengthen sector cooperation.更多还原
