【摘要】 依据《医疗质量管理办法》《医疗机构临床用血管理办法》等法规标准,建立临床输血准入制度、临床输血质量管理及评价体系。从临床输血准入原则、依据、标准、程序、评审、许可、供血、输血、监督管理等方面建立并实施临床输血准入制度,对符合标准要求的项目予以准入许可。参照ISO9000质量管理模式,在医疗机构建立临床输血质量管理体系,从组织管理、过程管理及质量控制、输血科建设、临床用血、质量目标、满意度调查等方面探索建立临床输血质量评价体系。临床输血准入制度、临床输血质量管理及评价体系的建立与实施,可有效提高临床输血管理水平和服务能力,保障临床输血需求和安全,促进医院管理及医疗质量整体提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the " medical quality management approach" "clinical blood management approach in medical institutions" and other laws and regulations,the clinical blood transfusion access system,clinical blood transfusion quality management and evaluation system were established.From aspects of the clinical blood transfusion access principles,basis,standards,procedures,assessment,permission,blood supply,blood transfusion,supervision and management,the clinical blood transfusion access system was established and implemented to permit clinical blood transfusion work if meeting the standard requirements.According to the ISO9000 quality management mode,the clinical blood transfusion quality management system was established in medical institutions.From the organization and management,process management and quality control,blood transfusion construction,clinical blood,quality objectives,satisfaction survey and other aspects,the establishment of clinical blood transfusion quality evaluation system was explored.The establishment and implementation of the clinical blood transfusion access system,clinical blood transfusion quality management and evaluation system can effectively improve the level of clinical blood transfusion management and service ability to ensure the clinical blood transfusion needs and safety,and to promote the overall improvement of hospital management and medical quality.更多还原
