【摘要】 目的 建立科学、系统、规范的临床输血质量管理体系,提高临床输血质量管理水平。方法 根据法规、标准要求,借鉴ISO9000国际质量管理基本理念、模式、方法,建立临床输血质量管理体系。结果 建立了比较系统的临床输血质量管理体系,体系文件包括质量手册、程序文件、标准操作规程、记录表格、岗位职责、工作制度、质量标准等。通过实践与持续改进,临床输血质量管理水平得以提高,临床输血更加科学、规范、合理,取得了良好效果。结论 建立临床输血质量管理体系,是临床输血医学发展的方向。通过临床输血质量管理体系的建立和运行,探索了临床输血质量管理的基本模式,促进了临床输血科学化、规范化管理,提高了医疗机构整体质量管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a scientific,systematic and standardized clinical blood transfusion quality management system to improve clinical blood transfusion quality management and technical level.Methods According to the regulations and standards,and drawing on the basic concepts,models and methods of ISO9000 international quality management,the clinical blood transfusion quality management system was established. Results A comparatively systematic clinical blood transfusion quality management system was set up.The system documents included quality manual,procedure document,standard operating procedure,record form,job responsibilities,work system and quality standard.Through practice and continuous improvement,clinical blood transfusion quality management level had been improved,clinical blood transfusion became more scientific,standardized and reasonable,and achieved good results. Conclusion The establishment of clinical blood transfusion quality management system is the development direction and trend of transfusion medicine.Through the establishment and operation of clinical blood transfusion quality management system,the basic mode of clinical blood transfusion quality management was explored,the scientific and standardized management of clinical blood transfusion was promoted,and the overall quality management of medical institutions was improved.更多还原
