【摘要】 建立放射科微信服务号,患者通过扫描二维码关注微信号,可以获得MRI检查预约时间、对应检查注意事项和报告完成可打印的通知信息。从关注用户、MRI预约爽约率和患者取报告时间3个方面进行分析,发现微信服务能在一定程度上提升患者的就医感受,优化科室的就诊秩序,但单一手段所发挥的作用和提升的幅度有限,应从技术、服务、宣传、安全等多方面进行改进与完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the guidance of the "Internet plus medicine",through the WeChat service,patients can get the WeChat service by scanning the two-dimensional code,and obtain the time for MRI examination appointment,the check notes and the report notice.Through the analysis from three aspects,including the users,the appointment missing rate and the report access time of patients,WeChat service can improve the medical experience,optimize visit order in department.However,the effect of single means was limited,and improvement should be taken from technology,services,propaganda,safety,and other aspects.更多还原
