【摘要】 目的了解肿瘤科医护人员生存质量现状以及工龄等对生存质量的影响。方法运用自制一般情况调查表和WHOQOL-BREF量表对西安市四所三级甲等医院肿瘤科500名医护人员的生存质量进行调查,了解其生存质量现状及工龄对生存质量的影响。结果肿瘤科医护人员的生存质量与常模相比存在较大的差异;不同工龄段医护人员生存质量各领域得分不同。结论肿瘤科医护人员的生存质量较低,不同工龄段医护人员生存质量存在差异,相关部门需要采取政策引导、心理疏导等多方面的支持,以改善肿瘤科医护人员生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the present situation of quality of life of medical staff in Oncology Department and the effect of length of service on quality of life. Methods The quality of life of 500 medical staffs in four firstclass hospitals in Xi’an were investigated by using the self-made general questionnaire and the Whoqol-Bref scale,to find out the current situation of their quality of life and the impact of length of service on the quality of life. Results The quality of life of medical staff in Oncology Department was significantly different from that of norm.The scores of the quality of life of medical staff with different length of service were different. Conclusion The quality of life of the medical staff in Oncology Department was low,and the quality of life of the medical staff with different length of service was different.The relevant departments need to adopt policy guidance and psychological support to improve the quality of life of medical staff in Oncology Department.更多还原
