基于微信公众平台的医院后勤维修工单管理系统的设计与应用
The Design and Application of a Ticket System for Hospital Logistical Service based on WeChat Official Accounts
【摘要】 目的基于微信公众平台自主设计搭建后勤维修工单管理系统,旨在优化工单管理流程,提升服务保障水平。方法采用三层系统架构,利用ASP.NET MVC 4.5.2框架和Entity Framework技术构建解决方案,与微信公众平台管理程序进行对接,设计并开发了医院后勤维修工单管理系统。结果后勤维修工单管理系统投入使用且运行稳定,实现了工单管理过程的流程化、规范化与可视化,同时有助于提高效率、量化考核、储备知识。结论基于微信公众平台的医院后勤维修工单管理系统是传统工单管理模式的创新。从医院的实际需求出发进而灵活运用微信公众平台系统开发技巧,可以协助医院提高管理水平。
【Abstract】 Objective Develop a Ticket Management System for hospital logistical service based on WeChat Official Accounts in order to optimize management process and improve service guarantee level. Methods We designed and deployed the system with 3-tier architecture model, ASP.NET MVC 4.5.2 framework and Entity Framework technology, linking up with the management procedure of WeChat Official Accounts. Results The system ran smoothly, effectively and efficiently. Through standardization and visualization, this system can help to improve efficiency, quantify evaluation and reserve knowledge. Conclusion The system is an innovation of the traditional worklist management system. Using developing skill flexibly on demand can improve the hospital’s management level effectively.
