【摘要】 目的研究医院信息系统实施前后对中药管理的影响,旨在实现医院中药药事科学化、统一化的规范性管理。方法以2012年实施医院信息系统作为分界点,观察实施前后的门诊量、门诊用药准确率、患者满意度、库存管理等情况差异。结果我院2012年开展医院信息系统管理后,越秀中药房门诊数量有所增加;门诊用药准确率显著提高(实施前83%以下,实施后92%以上);门诊患者的总满意率为95.00%,显著高于实施前的85.45%(χ~2=9.76),数据分析发现其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院信息系统通过网络使药品信息的储存、处理、传送和输出变得更加快捷、方便,有效提高了中药房工作的效率和质量,一定程度上满足了中药现代化管理需求,可见该法具有广阔的发展前景,值得在临床上推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine management before and after the implementation of the hospital information system which is in order to realize the standardized management of scientific and unified of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The hospital information system management in 2012 was taken as the dividing point. The differences in the number of outpatients, the accuracy of drug use, the satisfaction degree and the inventory management were observed before and after the implementation of hospital information system. Results Since the implementation of the hospital information system in 2012, the number of outpatients in Yuexiu TCM Pharmacy, the accuracy of the hospital information system, and the satisfaction rate of outpatient all increased significantly. Conclusions Hospital information system makes the storage, processing, transmission and output of drug information more efficient and convenient. It effectively improve the efficiency and quality of Chinese medicine and meet the needs of modern management of Chinese medicine. It has broad prospects for development that worth using in clinical practice.更多还原
