【摘要】 目的探究人性化护理管理在临床护理中的护理疗效,以此来提供治疗经验,帮助患者增加舒适程度,提高患者对医护人员的满意程度,帮助患者早日恢复身体健康。方法选择该院自2015年12月—2016年12月收治的临床患者资料160例,将这160例患者平均分为两组,每组80例,并分别命名为观察组与对照组。每组试验对象的护理人员均为30名,观察组实施人性化护理管理的方式提高护理人员的护理质量,而对照组的患者则不实施个性化护理管理,仅采用日常的管理模式。一段时间的护理结束之后,比较两组患者的护理人员护理质量评价以及患者对医护人员的护理满意程度,以探究医护人员的护理效果。结果观察组患者的质量评价普遍优于对照组。且根据两组患者的护理满意度比较,也显示出观察组患者的护理满意程度要普遍高于对照组。结论采用人性化护理管理的护理方式能够有效地提高医护人员的护理质量,能够对患者的身体健康恢复和治疗具有积极的促进作用,而且能够有效提高患者对医护人员的护理满意程度。建议临床上广泛使用个性化护理管理的护理方式,帮助患者增加身体的舒适程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the nursing curative effect of humanistic nursing management in the clinical nursing work in order to provide treatment experience, help patients increase the comfort degree, improve the satisfactory degree of medical staff and help the patients recover. Methods 160 cases of clinical patients admitted and treated in our hospital from December2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 80 cases in each,and the nursing staff in each group was 30, the observation group adopted the individual nursing management to improve the nursing quality of nursing staff,while the control group did not adopt the individual nursing management and adopt the routine management model, after a period of nursing, the nursing quality evaluation and nursing satisfactory degree of medical staff were compared between the two groups in order to study the nursing effect of medical staff. Results The results showed that the quality evaluation in the observation group was better than that in the control, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, generally. Conclusion The individual nursing management can effectively improve the nursing quality of medical staff, which can have a promotion effect on the recovery and treatment of physical health and effectively improve the nursing satisfactory degree of medical staff, and the individual nursing management is suggested to be widely used to help the patients increase the comfort degree of patients.更多还原
