【摘要】 伴随着人们对口腔健康的日益关注,加之各类不同的固定义齿修复的持续增长,使得对该科医生在实际人数与技能上的要求明显提升。在牙体牙髓病科内参与实习的全部医学生,基本均是刚刚毕业,未接受过规范的培训,技能不熟练,尽管在学校期间掌握了口腔医学方面的相关理论,但在实际应用上仍存在显著的差距。传统带教模式能够起到基本的效果,但对于医学生的临床诊断及操作水平提高影响不很明显。口腔科牙体牙髓病实习生路径的主要优势是可以明显增强实习生的学习主动性、通过病例探讨可有效拓展实习知识面,科室专家以身作则,也有利于培养优秀医德。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing attention to dental health and the continuous growth of various types of fixed denture restorations, the requirement of the actual number and skill of the dentists has been greatly improved. All medical students in the practice of dental pulp disease are almost just graduated and have not received standardized training, unskilled, although having grasped of the relevant theory of oral medicine in the school, there is still a significant gap in the practical application. The traditional teaching model can play a basic role, but it has no obvious influence on the clinical diagnosis and the improvement of the operation level of medical students. The main advantage of the path of intern in the department of stomatology of dental disease can significantly enhance their learning initiative, the case study can effectively expand their practice knowledge, experts can set an example and it is conducive to the cultivation of excellent medical ethics as well.更多还原
