【摘要】 目的验证骨外科病房护理管理中应用层级护理管理模式的效果。方法选取该院2015年2—7月的57名骨科护理人员,随机分为观察组和对照组,给予观察组30名采用层级护理管理模式,给予对照组27名采用常规护理管理模式。观察两组护理工作质量的改善情况,并对各组的护理满意度进行分析比较。结果观察组的一般护理评分、病房管理评分以及设备管理评分均明显高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组对护理工作实施效果的满意度为96.67%,明显比对照组的77.78%高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科病房护理管理中应用层级护理管理模式能够有效提高护理人员的工作效率,减少护患纠纷发生风险,提高护理人员对护理工作实施效果的满意程度,值得广泛的应用于临床中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to verify the effect of applying hierarchical nursing management mode in nursing management of orthopedic wards. Methods 57 orthopedic nurses from February to July 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 30 nurses in the observation group were given hierarchical nursing management mode, and 27 patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing management mode. The quality improvement of the two groups was observed, and the nursing satisfaction of each group was analyzed and compared.Results The general nursing score, ward management score and equipment management score of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).
