【摘要】 目的探讨护理管理中分层管理法的应用价值。方法对照组为2015年1—12月期间该院临床一线工作的护理人员,随机抽取50名。研究组为2016年1月—2017年1月期间该院临床一线工作的护理人员,随机抽取50名。对照组实施常规护理管理法,研究组则实施分层管理法,对比两组管理法实施后理论知识及操作考核评分变化。并在两组管理期间分别随后抽取50例患者、50名医生,对比两组患者、医生满意度。结果研究组理论知识、实践考核评分均高于对照组,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度、医生满意度均高于对照组,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层管理法在护理管理中的应用效果理想,值得进行深入研究和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to explore the application value of hierarchical management method in nursing management. Methods 50 clinical first-line nursing staff from January to December 2015 in this hospital were randomly selected as the control group, and 50 clinical first-line nursing staff from January 2016 to January 2017 in the hospital were randomly selected as the study group. The control group implemented the routine nursing management method, the study group implemented hierarchical management method, changes of theoretical knowledge and operational assessment score of the two groups after the implementation of different management methods were compared. And 50 patients and 50 doctors during the implementation of the two management methods were selected respectively, patients’ and doctors’ satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The theoretical and practical scores of the study group were higher than the control group, the results were statistically significant(P<0.05); the satisfaction rate of the patients and doctors in the study group was higher than that of the control group, the results were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of hierarchical management method in nursing management is ideal, which is worthy of further study and popularization.更多还原
