【摘要】 由于儿童医院呼吸科的患者较为特殊,年龄小、表达差,耐受力低,加之患儿家属心情较为焦虑,所以护理难度较大。儿童医院呼吸科临床带教的重点是重视呼吸科护理带教老师的选择、制定具有呼吸科特色的护理带教计划、探索和总结有效呼吸科带教方法,同时要积极培养护生独立思考和独立分析解决问题的能力。提升呼吸科带教质量应重视的问题是要及时和善于总结和评价,对于考核结果应重视沟通交流,同时,带教老师要不断学习,不断创新,提高护理教学质量。必须重视护理临床带教工作,以科学的带教方法,通过系统的护理教育来培养更加合格、优秀的护理人才。更多还原
