【摘要】 常规的护理管理模式经常有许多护理方面的缺陷,很容易导致护患之间的各种纠纷。因此,要不断的提高护理质量。在护理风险防范程序制定上,要求先制定护理风险的项目,然后再根据护理平时的工作经验,来总结容易引发事件的原因,深入分析容易诱发各类事件的风险因素,最后根据患者的自身情况及其疾病的原因造成风险的类型,认儿童医院呼吸科护理风险防范时,从患者自身病症的因素去考虑风险,应划分不同的等级,从护士如何去护理因素来分析,应提升自我保护的意识,而且还要增强法律观念,从药物因素来分析,应详细把药物的名称、功效、种类、有合适应证和用量等禁忌事项及时告诉患者或者其家属,从环境因素上来分析,要加强网络化的管理,实行流程化的现代化管理。在对患者的治疗护理过程中,应不断的去辨别病情如何变化,科学地去评估潜在的风险程度,不断的去改进和评价患者的护理方案。更多还原
