【摘要】 目的探究血站血液检测实验室的质量控制及管理措施。方法分别选取该站常规管理期间(2009年1月,设为对照组)和强化质量控制及管理期间(2009年2月,设为观察组)的血样标本各500份,比较标本质量情况。结果观察组质量不合格率和结果异常率为1.2%和1.4%,低于对照组的3.4%和3.8%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化质量控制及管理,提高血站实验室检验工作,减少血液检验的不合格情况,对临床用血安全性的保障具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the quality control and management measures in the blood test laboratory in blood station.Methods 1 000 blood samples were selected and divided into two groups with 500 samples in each, the control group were the blood samples during the routine management period(January 2009), while the observation group were the blood samples during the quality control enhancement and management period(February 2009), and the specimen quality was compared between the two groups. Results The unqualified rate of quality and abnormality rate of results in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(1.2%, 1.4% vs 3.4%, 3.8%), and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhancing the quality control and management, improving the blood station laboratory test work and reducing the unqualified situation of blood test are of important significance to ensuring the safety of clinical blood use.更多还原
