【摘要】 目的观察夫西地酸乳膏联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗轻、中度寻常痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法将2014年1月—2016年1月的120例轻、中度寻常痤疮患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各60例,观察组给予夫西地酸乳膏联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗,对照组单用阿达帕林凝胶进行治疗,疗程8周,观察比较两组临床总有效率及不良反应情况。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组(93.3%vs.80.0%,P<0.05);观察组疗程结束后4周复发率明显低于对照组(5.0%vs.38.3%,P<0.01),差异均具有统计学意义;两组患者在治疗过程中,仅少数出现局部脱屑、红斑等刺激症状,均顺利完成治疗过程,无其他明显不良反应发生。结论夫西地酸乳膏联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗轻、中度寻常痤疮疗效显著,复发率低,不良反应少且轻微,是较为理想的临床用药方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy and security of fusidic acid cream plus adapalene for mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Methods 120 cases with mild to moderate acne vulgaris from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into control group(n =60) and observation group(n =60). The observation group was taken fusidic acid cream plus adapalene and the control group was treated by adapalene for 8 weeks. The effects and adverse reactions were compared. Results The effects in observation group was significant better than control group(93.3% vs. 80.0%, P < 0.05). 4 weeks after treatment, the recurrence rate in observation group was lower than control group(5.0% vs. 38.3%, P < 0.01). There was no significant difference of adverse reaction between the two groups. Conclusion Fusidic acid cream plus adapalene as the ideal regimes for mild to moderate acne vulgaris, has lower recurrences rate and less mild adverse events.更多还原
