【摘要】 目的分析综合护理在冠脉内支架置入术患者中的应用价值。方法在2016年3月—2017年3月,选择在我院进行冠脉内支架置入术的患者320例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各160例患者,给予对照组患者常规的护理措施,给予研究组患者综合护理措施,对比两组患者的生活质量评分、不良反应发生情况和对护理工作的满意度。结果研究组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组的不良反应发生率为4.38%(7/160),低于对照组的17.5%(28/160),P<0.05;研究组对护理工作的满意率为96.88%(155/160),高于对照组77.5%(124/160),P<0.05。结论综合护理可有效改善冠脉内支架置入术患者的生活质量,降低不良反应的发生率,且患者满意度较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing in patients with coronary stent implantation. Methods From March 2016 to March 2017, 320 patients with intracoronary stenting were selected as the study objects. The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, each of 160 patients. The patients in control group with routine care measures, the patients in study group were given with comprehensive care measures. The quality of life score, incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results The quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P < 0.05. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.38%(7/160), which was lower than that in the control group of 17.5%(28/160), P < 0.05. The satisfaction rate of nursing care was 96.88%(155/160), which was higher than that of the control group of 77.5%(124/160), P < 0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive care can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with coronary stent implantation, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and access to patients with higher satisfaction.更多还原
