【摘要】 目的了解龙口市人民医院疟疾病例血片镜检复核结果,并对其进行分析。方法收集、登记龙口市人民医院2013年1月—2016年12月的疟疾病例血片,进行再次逐片复核评分。结果 (1)选取的624片血片中,阴性血片的复检符合率为99.98%(620/621),阳性血片复检符合率为100.00%(3/3);(2)本组研究纳入血片的血片制作合格率为93.43%(583/624)、血片染色合格率为90.54%(565/624)、清洁度合格率为94.23%(588/624)。结论通过复核疟疾血片,能及时发现血片质量和制作存在的问题。督促血片质量提升,不断完善和提高业务水平,规范血检质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the results of hematological examination of malaria cases in Longkou City People’s Hospital. Methods The blood samples of malaria cases were collected and registered in Longkou City People’s Hospital from January 2013 to December 2016. Results(1)The coincidence rate of negative blood film was 99.98%(620/621), and the coincidence rate of positive blood film was 100.00%(3/3).(2)In this study, blood samples were made, the passing rate was 93.43%(583/624), the passing rate of blood stained tablets was 90.54%(565/624), and the qualified rate of cleanliness was 94.23%(588/624).
