【Abstract】 Trade union is an important link between the Communist Party of China and the people to maintain close ties, and also for the legitimate rights and interests of workers to provide a strong guarantee. As an important basic organization and mass organization, the hospital union has an important role in promoting the development of hospital staff and the improvement of the overall service quality of the hospital. The new situation of deepening medical and health system reform puts forward new requirements for the development of hospital trade unions. How to improve the level of hospital trade unions and build service-oriented hospital trade unions has become an important issue worthy of study. This paper analyzes the practical requirements of the construction of service-oriented hospital trade unions, points out the shortcomings of the hospital trade unions in the construction process, and finally puts forward the tactical measures to construct the service-oriented hospital trade unions.更多还原
