【摘要】 目的评价个案追踪法在提高放射科检查患者护理质量中的应用效果。方法运用个案追踪方法将放射科检查患者分组进行问卷调查及回访,并将实施前后效果进行比较分析。结果运用个案追踪方法后患者护理评价满意度提高,其中常规护理评价组、增强护理评价组及造影剂外渗回访组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个案追踪方法可以有效提高放射科检查患者的护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of case tracing mehtodology of the nursing care quality in department of radiology. Methods Applying case tracing mehtodology to the groups of the patients through questionnaires and follow-up, the results were compared respectively. Results The difference in the satisfaction degree of patients with common nursing evaluation, enhancement nursing evaluation and follow-up of the extravasation of the contrast agent was statistically significant by case tracing methodology(P < 0.05). Conclusion Case tracing mehtodology can effectively improve the quality of nursing care of patients in department of radiology.更多还原
