低分子酪氨酸磷酸酶表达水平与前列腺癌预后进展风险的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的探讨原发性前列腺癌低分子酪氨酸磷酸酶(LMWPTP)表达水平及与前列腺癌预后的相关性。方法通过微阵列数据采集低分子酪氨酸磷酸酶(LMWPTP)的表达水平,将获得的数据采用精准途径分析。采用免疫组织化学法制造组织芯片,芯片包含122例前列腺癌患者临床病理材料的信息,对所有患者组织芯片进行染色,根据染色密度判定细胞质内LMWPTP表达水平,将其分成高表达组(2~3分)及低表达组(0~1分),利用统计学软件研究两组患者在术后生化复发及疾病进展时间等指标是否存在差异。结果在前列腺癌患者中低分子酪氨酸磷酸酶表达水平增高,其与肿瘤早期复发及降低患者生存率有相关性。结论前列腺细胞中低分子酪氨酸磷酸酶的过度表达提示预后不良,预期随访应监测低分子酪氨酸磷酸酶过度表达的风险,及时采取有效的措施进行干预,改善患者预后。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of low molecular tyrosine phosphatase(LMWPTP) in primary prostate cancer and its correlation with prognosis of prostate cancer.Methods The expression levels of low molecular tyrosine phosphatase(LMWPTP) were collected by microarray data,and the data obtained were analyzed by precise pathway.Manufacture of tissue microarray was determined by immunohistochemical method,the chip containing 122 cases of prostate cancer clinical pathological material information for all patients with tissue microarray were stained according to the staining density to determine the expression level of LMWPTP in the cytoplasm,they were divided into high expression group(2~3) and low expression group(0~1),based on statistical software,the differences of postoperative recurrence and disease progress time of biochemical indicators between two groups were analysed.Results The expression of low molecular tyrosine phosphatase in patients with prostate cancer was significantly higher,which was related to the early recurrence and the survival rate of patients with prostate cancer.Conclusion The over expression of prostate cancer cells with low molecular tyrosine phosphatase indicates poor prognosis,the expected follow-up should monitor the risk of low molecular tyrosine phosphatase expression,take timely and effective measures for intervention to improve the prognosis of patients.
