【摘要】 目的研究位移对SPECT心肌显像图像质量的影响,并对影响效果进行临床研究。方法随机选取在吉林油田总医院核医学科接受采集的40例患者,应用门控采集的方式,分为无移动和主动移动两组分别进行心肌显像,使用合理的软件对移位校正和非校正进行处理,并SPECT心肌显像的图像质量进行数据分析。结果 SPECT心肌显像质量与位移的幅度和发生的频次呈现出正相关的关系。结论对于位移大于1个像素或者是移动1次以上的心肌患者,应该进行移动校正,但是对于位移大于3个像素或者是位移比较频繁的患者,进行自动校正的效果不明显,可以采用手动校正的方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of displacement on the quality of SPECT myocardial imaging, and to study the clinical effect. Methods We randomly selected 40 patients from the department of nuclear medicine, general hospital of jinlin oil field, the application of gated acquisition methods, divided into mobile and active mobile two groups were performed on myocardial imaging, shift correction and non correction processing using reasonable software, and the image quality of SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging data analysis. Results There was a positive correlation between the quality of SPECT myocardial imaging and the amplitude and frequency of displacement. Conclusion More than 1 pixels or moving more than 1 times for patients with myocardial displacement should be corrected for mobile, but the displacement is larger than 3 pixels or more frequent in patients with displacement, automatic correction of the effect is not obvious, can use manual correction method.更多还原
