【摘要】 目的分析循证护理对改善鼻内镜手术患者生活质量的效果。方法将2015年5月—2016年9月鼻内镜手术患者90例按照入院先后分为甲组和乙组。甲组用常规护理,乙组用循证护理,分析甲组、乙组的护理效果。结果术后用SF-36量表评分显示乙组各领域的生活质量评分均比甲组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组鼻腔黏膜水肿缓解时间、囊泡消失时间、住院时间均比甲组缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理用于鼻内镜手术患者的护理中可加快患者恢复,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on improving the quality of life of patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods From May 2015 to September 2016, 90 patients with nasal endoscopic surgery in accordance with the admission were divided into group A and group B. Group A with routine nursing, group B with evidence-based nursing, nursing effect analysis of a and B group.
