【摘要】 目的分析腹膜透析患者的护理措施。方法对我院收治的74例腹膜透析患者的临床护理资料进行分析。结果患者经护理和健康教育后对肾病知识均有所了解,水盐控制良好率达85.3%,操作合格率达88.9%,门诊复诊率达87.5%,可以返还社会工作率达30%。结论对腹膜透析患者开展科学全面的护理可以明显减少并发症的发生,改善患者的预后,从而提升患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the nursing measures of peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods The clinical nursing data of 74 patients with peritoneal dialysis were analyzed. Results After the nursing and health education, the patients were aware of the knowledge of the kidney disease. The water and salt control rate was 85.3%, the qualified rate was 88.9%, the outpatient referral rate was 87.5%, and the social work rate was 30%. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of patients with peritoneal dialysis can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, improve the prognosis of patients, so as to enhance the quality of life of patients.更多还原
