【摘要】 目的研究分析小儿支气管异物使用胸部透视检查的临床应用价值,为临床诊断提供可靠的依据。方法选取2009年7月—2014年7月我院的80例支气管异物患儿进行研究分析,为患儿提供胸部透视检查,观察患儿的纵隔摆动形态。结果全部患儿中,共有33例纵隔右摆,其中有18例左肺透亮度增加,10例左侧代偿性肺气肿,5例双侧肺纹理增多,4例肺炎,2例肺脓肿,1例脓胸;47例纵膈向左摆动,其中24例伴右肺透亮度增强,16例右侧代偿性肺气肿,7例双肺纹理增多,8例肺炎,4例肺不张病例;诊断准确率高达100%。结论使用X线透视检查可以很好的对小儿支气管异物进行诊断,准确率高,性价比高,无创伤,患儿接受度高,能够达到100%,为临床针对性治疗提供了有价值的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of chest X-ray examination in the diagnosis of bronchial foreign bodies in children, and to provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis. Methods 80 cases of bronchial foreign body in our hospital from July 2009 to July 2014 were studied and analyzed, and the chest X-ray examination was performed for the children. Results All the patients, there were 33 cases of mediastinal right, 18 cases of left lung touliangdu increase, 10 cases of left lobar emphysema, 5 cases of bilateral lung markings, 4 cases of pneumonia, 2 cases of lung abscess, empyema in 1 cases; 47 cases of mediastinal swing left, including 24 cases with right lung. Brightness enhancement, 16 cases of right lobar emphysema, 7 cases of double lung markings, 8 cases of pneumonia, 4 cases of atelectasis cases. The diagnostic accuracy rate is as high as 100%. Conclusion The use of fluoroscopy can be very good for the diagnosis of bronchial foreign bodies in children, high accuracy, high cost, no trauma, with high degree of acceptance, can reach 100%, for clinical treatment provides valuable information.更多还原
