【摘要】 目的分析四维彩超在产前胎儿畸形筛查中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2015年6—12月来我院进行产前检查的1 850例孕妇的临床资料,均给予了二维及四维彩超进行检查,对其胎儿畸形检出率进行对比分析。结果本次研究的1 850例孕妇接受产前超声检查,均经随访至自然分娩或引产证实共有31例畸形胎儿,四维超声检出率为96.77%,高于二维超声检出率的80.65%(P<0.05)。结论四维彩超在产前胎儿畸形筛查中的应用价值显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect of fourdimensional color Doppler ultrasound in prenatal screening for fetal abnormalities. Methods The clinical data of 1 850 cases of pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed in June to December 2015 in our hospital for prenatal examination, were given two dimensional and four-dimensional color doppler ultrasound examination, the detection rate of fetal malformation were analyzed. Results 1 850 the study of the pregnant women received prenatal ultrasound examination were followed up to natural childbirth or abortion confirmed a total of 31 cases of fetal malformation, four-dimensional ultrasound detection rate was 96.77%, higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound detection rate of 80.65%(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of fourdimensional color Doppler ultrasound in prenatal screening of fetal malformation in significant value.更多还原
