【摘要】 目的探索手外伤患者采用改良前臂骨间背侧皮瓣切取法进行治疗的临床价值。方法收集本科室2016年1月—2017年1月接收的患手外伤的40例患者,确诊后均采用改良前臂骨间背侧皮瓣切取法进行治疗,治疗后观察两组患者的皮瓣成活情况及疗效,且评估患者治疗前后的关节活动度变化。结果本组患者的皮瓣均成活,成活率为100.0%,其中优26例,良12例,可2例,优良率为95.0%。患者术后的关节活动度较术前显著更高(P<0.05)。结论手外伤患者采用改良前臂骨间背侧皮瓣切取法进行治疗疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of improved forearm dorsal interosseous flap approach in repair of hand trauma flap.Methods 40 cases of patients with hand trauma and who received from January 2016 to January 2017 in our department were collected,and all patients were treated with modified dorsal interosseous dorsal flapafter diagnosis.Then,the flap survival and clinical efficacy after treatment of two groups of patients were observed,and the changes of joint motion before and after treatment were evaluated.Results The survival rate of the patients in this group was 100%,of which there were 26 cases of excellent,12 cases of good and 2 cases of fair,the excellent and good rate was 95.0%.The joint activity after treatment was significantly higher than that before operation(P < 0.05).Conclusion Treatment clinical effect of improved forearm dorsal interosseous flap approach in treatment of patients with hand trauma are significant.更多还原
