渐进性抗阻训练对脑瘫患儿精细运动功能的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨渐进性抗阻训练对脑瘫患儿精细运动功能的影响。方法选取60例脑瘫患儿随机分为两组,分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组采用常规作业疗法,实验组采用常规作业疗法加渐进性抗阻训练。治疗前后采用Peabody精细运动发育量表(PDMS-FM)、精细运动功能评估量表(FMFM)进行评定。结果治疗2个月后,两组患儿的PDMS-FM评分、FMFM评分均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),且实验组比对照组改善效果更明显(P<0.05)。结论渐进性抗阻训练加常规作业疗法可有效提高脑瘫患儿的精细运动功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of progressive resistance training(PRT) on fine motor function of cerebral palsy children.Methods 60 childrens with cerebral palsy were randomly divided to observational group(30 children) and control group(30 children).Both groups received conventional occupational therapy,and the observational group was given occupational therapy combined with PRT.Before and after treatment,the Peabody fine motor developmental scale(PDMS-FM) and fine motor function assessment scale(FMFM) were used to evaluate the data.Results After treatment2 months,the scores of Peabody-FM and FMFM of all children were better than those before treatment(P < 0.05),the observational group was significantly better than control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The progressive resistance training combined with conventional occupational therapy can improve the fine motor function of cerebral palsy children.
