【摘要】 目的探讨分析硝酸甘油和硝普钠对重症心衰患者的临床治疗效果。方法根据我院接收的110例重症心衰患者进行研究分析,将患者分成两组,硝普钠组共66例患者,硝酸甘油组共有44例患者,对两组患者的临床治疗情况进行对比分析。结果经过治疗统计,硝普钠组的临床治疗有效率是87.9%,硝酸甘油的临床治疗有效率是63.6%。硝普钠组的高血压亚组有效率是92.0%,正常血压亚组是85.4%,硝酸甘油组分别为77%和42%,两组结果对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论重症心衰患者临床中接受硝普钠治疗的效果比硝酸甘油的效果更加优秀。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of nitroglycerin and sodium nitroprusside in patients with severe heart failure patients. Methods Received 110 cases of severe heart failure patients were analyzed in our hospital. The patients were divided into two groups, a total of 66 cases of patients with sodium nitroprusside group, nitroglycerin group there were 44 cases of patients, the comparative analysis of the clinical treatment of the two groups of patients.
