【摘要】 [目的]探讨某地方医学院校"90后"独生子女医学生学习倦怠状况及其影响因素,为改善其学习倦怠状况、提高医学教育质量提供依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样法,利用一般情况调查问卷及大学生学习倦怠量表,对随机抽取的264名在校独生子女医学生进行问卷调查,采用多元线性回归法分析独生子女医学生学习倦怠影响因素。[结果]独生子女医学生学习倦怠发生率为45.56%,学习倦怠平均总得分(56.92±8.21),独生子女医学生学习倦怠水平在年级、生源地、是否为学生干部上差异具有统计学意义。多元线性回归分析显示,课程安排、专业认同、人际关系及社会支持影响独生子女医学生学习倦怠水平。[结论]独生子女医学生学习倦怠处于较高水平,且受多种因素的影响,医学教育者需采取有针对性的干预措施,以改善独生子女医学生学习倦怠状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore current situation and influencing factors of medical students’ learning burnout among the post- 90 s only child so as to provide basis for improving the status of learning burnout and medical education quality. Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate by general state of questionnaire and university students’ learning burnout scale,total of 264 only child medical students were selected randomly. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of learning burnout of the only child medical students. Results The incidence rate of medical students’ learning burnout among the post- 90 s only child was 45. 56%,the average total score of learning burnout was( 56. 92 + 8. 21). The scores of learning burnout in different grades,birthplaces and whether was class leader or not had significant differences( p < 0. 05),Multiple linear regression analysis showed that curriculum arrangement,professional identity,interpersonal relationships and social support effect the level of learning burnout of only child medical students. Conclusions The learning burnout level of only child medical students is comparatively high,and influenced by many factors.
