【Abstract】 In 2015,Prime Minister Li Keqiang put forward the slogan "Volkswagen Entrepreneurship,Peoples Innovation"( "Double Creation"),which has now become the upsurge of the whole society after the mass start-ups and flourishing undertaking of peoples’ innovation. In order to serve the"Double Creation"work,the university libraries have the advantages in providing intellectual protection,providing resources integration platform and satisfying individual needs.
