【摘要】 石墨烯具有特殊的化学结构及卓越的力、热、光、电等物理性能,在材料、电子器件、新能源等新兴产业领域有着巨大的应用前景,其制备及应用均取得了令人鼓舞的研究进展。在简要综述石墨烯的结构与特异性能的基础上,重点综述了近年来石墨烯制备、应用研究及产业化的新进展,比较并分析了剥离法、化学气相沉积法、外延生长法、溶剂热法等现阶段几种主要石墨烯制备方法的特点,提出了未来我国石墨烯产业的发展建议。更多还原
