【摘要】 目的观察甘露通脉超微粉水丸治疗冠心病心绞痛血瘀脉浊型临床疗效。方法 40例符合冠心病心绞痛血瘀脉浊型患者随机分为2组。其中治疗组20例,对照组20例,对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片、单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片、阿托伐他汀钙等治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用甘露通脉超微粉水丸,治疗4周,并观察不良反应。结果 2组在缓解心绞痛症状、心电图改善、平板运动总时间减少、运动当量增加及降低ldl-c、t G水平方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在用药前后血常规、肝功能、肾功能结果检测均无明显异常。结论甘露通脉超微粉水丸联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛血瘀脉浊型疗效优于单纯使用西药组,并且能够降低ldl-c、t G。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mannose Tongmai superfine powder water pill in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris with blood stasis and turbid pulse type. Methods 40 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris with blood stasis and turbid pulse type were randomly divided into 2 groups. there were 20 cases in the treatment group and 20 cases in the control group, the control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets, isosorbide Mononitrate sustained release Tablets, atorvastatin calcium and so on, on the basis of this, the treatment group was treated with mannose Tongmai superfine powder water pill, after 4 weeks of treatment, the adverse reactions were observed.
