【摘要】 目的探讨严重颅底骨折并脑挫裂伤的急诊治疗。方法选择2015年5月至2016年5月来我院进行严重颅底骨折并脑挫裂伤治疗急诊治疗的30例患者作为此次研究对象,对患者急诊期间的抢救方式进行综合性分析。结果在采用一系列严重颅底骨折并脑挫裂伤急诊治疗方式以后,本次研究对象中有26例患者痊愈,死亡4例。1例患者因为脑疝死亡,3例患者因为窒息死亡。结论结合患者实际情况,对患者进行急诊治疗,做好呼吸畅通等工作,有利于提升严重颅底骨折并脑挫裂伤的急诊有效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the emergency treatment of severe skull base fracture complicated with contusion and laceration of brain. Methods Select May 2015 to May 2016 our hospital for treatment of 30 cases of severe skull fracture and laceration of emergency treatment of cerebral contusion patients as the research object, a comprehensive analysis of the patients during the emergency rescue mode. Results After a series of severe skull base fractures complicated with cerebral contusion, 26 patients were cured and 4 died. 1 patients died of cerebral hernia because, 3 patients because of suffocation. Conclusion According to the actual situation of patients for emergency treatment of patients, do breathing smooth work, is conducive to enhancing the serious skull fracture cerebral contusion and emergency efficiency.更多还原
